At Bob Myers Chevrolet, we want your service experience to be different. Different how? We want you to be warm and dry, that's why we've installed a service drive thru that's environmentally controlled. We want your car to be in good hands, that's why we send our technicians to factory training courses on a regular basis. We want your service to be prompt, that's why we have twenty service bays. We want your service to be convenient, that's why we offer a shuttle bus service, extended hours and a comfortable customer lounge with coffee and satellite TV.

Drive-Thru Reception

You can drive right into our Service Reception area and speak to a helpful
receptionist who will take your service details, match them with our records,
and advise you on your best service options.

Then you can relax in our

Express Check-in

 

Need to drop off your vehicle real early? No problem.

You can leave your keys in our special drop-box, just outside the service reception area.

You'll need this form. Print it out, complete it and put it in the box along with your keys.

Shuttle Service

We have dedicated 7-seater vehicles specially for ferrying our customers
from our dealership to their homes, and then later,
back again for vehicle collection.

We can collect and deliver you from Pickering to Whitby.

Qualified Technicians

 

Our technicians are trained up to Grand Master Specialist level.

They also enjoy frequent update training on new vehicles and improvements

Recalls

From time to time GM will recall a vehicle in order to improve
its safety.

soon as you’re able.

Customer Satisfaction

From time to time GM will conduct a survey in order to assess customers’
satisfaction with their vehicle and their experience at Bob Myer Chev.

These usually occur within a short of purchase or lease and
also after the warranty period.

Since these surveys reflect directly on our reputation with GM,
and also our own morale here at Bob Myer’s,
we'd like to know before you return the survey,
if you were anything but
totally satisfied.

If you weren't, we were doing something wrong
and we need you to tell us about it so that
we can put it right.
